Tell-tale signs of young urban professionalism
sure, it's quite clear the NHS is anything but efficient, one of those
reasons being the near impossibility of being sacked due to the super
strong union. therefore negligent and incapable staff are just pushed
around department to department, health centre to clinic. apart from
that it's still an amazing fact that anyone can get care (yeah sure
they may have to wait), regardless of wealth or social status. i like
it. it's poor run, but as a system, it's one of the best in the world.
